Sending your logo

Here's a quick helping hand to tell
you how to send your logo and any
other image files quickly and easily
Artwork, images, and file information.
When ordering any items that require your logo or artwork, please ensure that they are of a good file quality. Use file formats like PNG or JPEG with a resolution of 300 dpi and a pixel rate of 100 pixels per inch for crisp and clear printing.
If utilising applications such as Canva, please ensure that designs are saved in the appropriate format and size to prevent pixelation and blurriness when printing. Please bear in mind that designs created in RGB colour mode may look different when printed as printers use the CMYK colour mode. If you should have any trouble sending over your files, then please message me and I can help you.
Just pop us an email and don't forget to attach your image/logo, and please ensure you give all of your order details.
You can send the file to our email at stationerycath@gmail.com.
Once I receive an email, I will verify the suitability of the artwork or logo for printing and provide an update accordingly. Please understand that I cannot accept screenshots of logos and images as this can result in pixelation and legibility issues. If I can’t replicate the supplied artwork to a satisfactory standard, I’ll either ask for a better version or ask permission to create a new design from scratch, which would incur a design fee.
Please note that if your images are dark or have large amounts of black in them, then they may not print out very well on certain products such as packaging papers, especially vellum. If this is the case, I will then contact you to discuss options once I have reviewed your image.
